  I had a bad experience here, which perhaps I should have anticipated because I had heard that the owner is not very friendly. A friend gifted me a sweatshirt from here that was mis-sized-- a 2T was already too small for my not-yet two year old. I went in to exchange it and, without taking responsibility for the mis-sizing of the item, was told that they couldn't exchange it because it had "food all over it". This couldn't have been further from the truth-- my husband and I examined it after the fact and all we could possibly see was a smudge on the pocket that could have been from us trying it on. Meanwhile as I was looking at other items to possibly buy something else, the owner was acting snarky and irritated with my son who was gently exploring. This kind of attitude- both regarding the exchange and the treatment of the child is hugely inappropriate for a store that is about babies and children and also for a store in Stone Harbor where one expects a degree of neighborliness and hospitality. It's a shame that the owner misses the point entirely.
